The following files are ported to work with the SDK7A404 port of the
PEG.
    sdk7a404_peg_lcd_driver.h
    sdk7a404_peg_lcd_driver.c

This port has only been tested with the ARM ADS toolset. It should be a
fairly simple task to port these to the other toolsets.

These driver has a dependency on several others files in the LH7A404 CSP
and the SDK7A404 BSP.
