The <tt>DequeAsArray</tt> class is defined using multiple inheritance:
It is derived from both the <tt>Deque</tt> abstract base class
and the <tt>QueueAsArray</tt> array-based implementation of a queue.
The <tt>Deque</tt> class provides the interface;
the <tt>QueueAsArray</tt>, the implementation.
