Note: the Contact and Links pages are provided in the skeleton folder
of the samples. However, these will not compile as they are (causing
an error when you try an run the site) until you have built the Master
Page for the site. For this reason, the files Links.aspx and
Contact.aspx have an extra ~ character are the end of the filename
to prevent VWD from trying to complie them. Once the page PPQ.master
is complete, at the end of Chapter 2, you can remove the trailing
"~" from these two page file names and they will appear in the site.
