Timer README:

This application demonstrates the functionality of the mos timers. It simply 
sets an alarm to fire in 2 seconds. The alarm callback toggles an LED and 
initiates a new alarm. The end result should be that an LED blinks 
approximately every 2 seconds. With these timers, the ammount of time in the 
mos_alarm function is guaranteed to fire, however it is possible that more 
than the given ammount of time could elapse before the callback.
