speech signal process tools

This is all the files you need to produce the
ESPS filtering applications note.  Please give
the following command to print it out on the
Imagen:

refer -n -p filt.bib -e filter.rgeme | eqn |
    gpstt | iroff -me -D'prerasterization on'
