.I Larcbk2rc
takes an ESPS LAR SCBK file 
.I lar.scbk
and converts it to an ESPS RC SCBK file.

The input file 
.I lar.scbk
must be an ESPS SCBK file with \fIhd.scbk\->codebook_type = \fRLAR_{VCD 
or UNVCD}_CBK. 
Otherwise
.I larcbk2rc
exits with an error message.  
.I Larcbk2rc
creates and writes the ESPS RC SCBK output file 
.I rc.scbk.  
If "\-" is supplied in place of 
.I lar.scbk,
then standard input is used.  If "\-" is supplied in place of 
.I rc.scbk,
standard output is used.

The header of 
.I lar.scbk
is included as a source in 
.I rc.scbk
and the 
.I larcbk2rc
command line is added as a comment.  
.I Larcbk2rc 
transforms the 
.I enc
and
.I dec
values in
.I lar.scbk
to reflection coefficients and stores them in 
.I rc.scbk.
The 
.I code
values 
and 
.IR final_pop []
values are copied from
.I lar.scbk
to 
.I rc.scbk.
The values of 
.I final_dist
and
.IR cdwd_dist []
are set to \-1 in
.I rc.scbk.

The following options are supported:

is positive,
.I larcbk2rc
prints debugging messages and other information on the standard error
output.  The messages proliferate as the

increases.  If

is 0, no messages are printed.  The default is 0.
