\fIvqclassify\fP reads \fIinfile.dst\fR (a \fIFEA_DST\fP(5-ESPS) file),
and for each different \fIcbk_signal\fP found in the input file, 
\fIvqclassify\fP finds the record that contains the
smallest \fIaverage_dst\fP and remembers the \fIcbk_source\fP
value.
If all records have the same \fIcbk_signal\fP value, then
the \fIcbk_source\fP in the record that contains the
smallest \fIaverage_dst\fP is printed to standard output.
If several different \fIcbk_signal\fP values exist in the input file,
a classification decision is made for each \fIcbk_signal\fP
and the \fIcbk_source\fP that was selected the most times is output
to standard output.
If an ordered list
of all possible \fIcbk_source\fPs (from best guess to worst guess)
along with confidence factors
is wanted, then the \fB\-v\fR
option should be used.

This method makes a classification decision on each 
\fIcbk_signal\fR parameter in the 
input FEA_DST file and then counts the number of votes for
each \fIcbk_source\fP. The \fIcbk_source\fP with a plurality
of votes is the guess of the input`s identity.
