is equal to "\-", standard output is used.

For each record, if p_pulse_len[0] != 0 holds in the ANA file,
in the FEA_ANA file frame_type is set to VOICED and voiced_fraction is
set to 1.  Otherwise, frame_type is set to UNVOICED and voiced_fraction
is set to 0.
