\fIIqlsf\fR performs inverse quantization on the indices in the expanded
FEA_ANA file \fIinfile.fea\fR, and creates an expanded FEA_ANA file
\fIoutfile.fea\fR, which contains reconstructed values for LSFs, pitch
and power. Descriptions of the auxiliary record fields in the expanded
FEA_ANA files are given in \fIaux_ana\fR (5\-ESPS).

\fIIqlsf\fR fills in the \fIraw_power\fR, \fIp_pulse_len\fR, and
\fIspec_param\fR fields of the FEA_ANA output record. For voiced frames,
the \fIframe_len\fR field is also filled in. The FEA_ANA \fItag\fR field is
written for each record; however, the value for the first record is
always set to unity. The \fIlpc_power\fR field is not written by \fIiqlsf\fR.

The inverse quantization methods are specified by generic header items
in \fIinfile.fea\fR. For a description of these methods, see \fIqlsf\fR
(1\-ESPS).

As inverse quantization of LSFs proceeds, an attempt is made to correct
any irregularities (reversals or equalities). All such events are reported
to \fIstderr\fR, unless the output is suppressed by the \fB\-z\fR option.

If \fIinfile.fea\fR is equal to "\-", standard input is used. If \fIoutfile.fea\fR
is equal to "\-", standard output is used.

Causes the messages associated with any fixups taken during LSF reconstruction
to be suppressed. By default, such messages are written to \fIstderr\fR.

\fIorder_vcd\fR, \fIpitch_quant\fR, \fIpower_quant\fR, \fIunvoiced_steps\fR,
and \fIvoiced_steps\fR are read from the generic header of \fIinfile.fea\fR.

The input file header is copied the output file header. The header of the input file
is added as a source in the output header, and the command line is added to the
comment field.
