By default, \fIspkrec\fR reads \fIinfile.dst\fR (a FEA_DST file), 
attempts to identify the unknown speaker 
(whose speech was used as input to make
the FEA_DST file), and writes to standard output
the name of the speaker whose speech "most closely resembles"
the original input speech samples.

The method used to recognize the speaker is specified
by use of the \fB\-m\fR option. If an ordered list
of all possible speakers (from best guess to worst guess)
along with confidence factors
is wanted, then the \fB\-v\fR
option should be used.

is equal to "\-", 
then standard input is used.

With this option,
confidence factors

average distotion information
for all possible choices

the confidence factor for a speaker (\fIsource_name\fR field)
is the number of times that 
speaker's codebooks represented the input \fIspec_param\fR's parameter
values with the smallest average distortion.

At this time only one option is supported: \fIvote\fR.
This method makes an identification decision on each 
\fIsignal_name\fR parameter in the 
input FEA_DST file and then counts the number of votes for
each speaker. The speaker with a plurality
of votes is the guess of the input speaker's
identity.
