.I Sdconvert
converts the named SDS sampled data file to a SPS sampled data file.

This program is simply a shell script that uses \fIsdssdtoa\fR and 
\fIatosps\fR.
.SH SPS PARAMETERS

The parameter file is not used.
.SH DIAGNOSTICS
A message is printed and the program exits if both an input and output
file are not given or if the input file is the same as the output
file.  If the input file is not an SDS sampled data file, then a
message is printed from \fIsdssdtoa\fR and the program exits.
