squeeze - compacts an existing ANA file

The size of an ANA file depends strongly on the header items 
.I hd.ana\->maxpulses,
.I hd.ana\->maxlpc,
and
.I hd.ana\->maxraw. 
The values for these items are determined before an ANA file is 
created, and it is often the case that the maximum number of 
pulses or powers in any record is considerably less than specified in the 
header.  
.I Squeeze 
recovers the wasted space in ANA files.  
.I Squeeze 
finds the actual maximum number of pulses, raw powers, and lpc powers in
.I infile.  
It then creates an ANA file 
.I outfile
with a header that is identical to that of 
.I infile 
except for the values of 
.I hd.ana\->maxpulses,
.I hd.ana\->maxlpc,
and
.I hd.ana\->maxraw;
it changes the values of these items to match the actual maximum values.
Finally, 
.I squeeze
copies all of the information from 
.I infile
records to 
.I outfile 
records.  
If "\-" is supplied in place of 
.I infile,
then standard input is used.  If "\-" is supplied in place of 
.I outfile,
then standard ouput is used.  
If only one file name is given, then the new ANA file is written over
the source file.
.I Squeeze
outputs on standard error the amount of compaction as well as the old
and new values for 
.I hd.ana\->maxpulses,
.I hd.ana\->maxlpc,
and
.I hd.ana\->maxraw.
