First, click the left mousebutton while pointing to any vertical position above the origin ofthe graph (extreme left side). Next, do the same thing at the endpoint (extreme right side). This completes the set-up portion of theprocess. Next, select the desired starting point by clicking theleft button again while pointing to the starting point (again,vertical position doesn't matter). From now on, the current rangewill be displayed at the top of the screen as the mouse is movedacross the graph. The starting point may be reselected by pressingthe right mouse button.
