Twixtor ?

size="4"> Twixtor intelligently slows down, speeds up or
changes the frame rate of your image sequences.

ReelSmart Twixtor enables you to "time warp"
your image sequences with visually stunning results. In order to
achieve its unparalleled image quality, Twixtor
synthesizes unique new frames by warping and interpolating frames
of the original sequence... employing RE:Vision's proprietary
tracking technology that calculates motion for each individual
pixel.

Twixtor Features:

Support for foreground and background separation using a
specified mask. The two layers are tracked, interpolated
and warped separately. Twixtor uses proprietary filling
and tracking techniques when working on the background
layer, even when it is obscured by the foreground!

Before You Start, EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.
Common problems discussed here!

Twixtor will work in fields when the input source
is fields and will work in frames when the input source
is frame. A special Output Frame tab allows you to go
from field to full frame and vice-versa in a manner
consistent with how Digital Fusion works. When creating
fielded output from full-frame input, Twixtor will create
true field inbetweens using its retiming technology.

Another note on fields... if you have 3:2 pulldown in
your source footage, you will want to remove 3:2
        pulldown before processing with Twixtor.
Duplicate fields will cause Twixtor to create
incorrect inbetween frames. Be aware then that you
have 24 frames per second and not 29.97 when calculating
the amount of stretching you wish to apply. 2:3
pulldown should be removed at the Loader level using the
        Import Mode option.

Each application names its grouping and parenting
mechanisms something different. In order to make our
        documentation consistent across supported host
applications, in this documentation any footage,
composition, sequence, or anything else that can be
filtered will be called sources or inputs. Twixtor
filtered sources will be referred to as output..

If the output is to be made longer than the source,
then some accommodations need to be made. Plugin
tools are not allowed to extend sequences; that is, add
more frames. Because of this, there is a workaround that
needs to be performed in order for Twixtor to work
properly. The simplest method is to extend the duration
of the source so that it is the length of the final
retimed duration using the "Extend Last Frame"
slider of the Loader tool or to set the duration directly
        in the timeline view.

We allow you to specify which source is to be processed
(which may not necessarily be the same as the source to
which Twixtor is directly applied), via the Color
Source parameter (i.e., the source that is
processed). If the source that Twixtor is directly
applied and the source specified in Color Source
are not of the same pixel dimensions, then internally the
Motion Source and optional Motion Masks are scaled to the
dimensions of the Color Source (the background in DF
parlance) We provide the ability to specify the input
source directly in the flow user-interface.

Unlike most tools in DF, masks set on Twixtor nodes are
not used to tell Twixtor where to process and where not
to process but, rather, tell Twixtor where a foreground
object is, separate from a background object (or
        objects). Foreground/background separation will be
discussed in detail below. Make sure to roto in
        "source time" to avoid confusion.

There is a Show Source Time
control at the top of Twixtor Controls. It allows you to
toggle between source time and Twixtor time. This is very
useful to make roto mask to use as the 縯op layer
