History of updates to CMSISv2_LPC17xx

CMSIS files updated to match files released with CMSIS 2.0
code bundle library released by NXP. Noteable changes include
removal of redundant prefixes such as:
LPC_ADC->ADDR0 changed to LPC_ADC->DR[0]
library renamed from CMSISv1p30_LPC17xx to CMSISv2_LPC17xx

system_LPC17xx.c updated to new version (dated 11 January 2010)

system_LPC17xx.c updated to new version (1.07, dated 12 February
2010) - with fix to check on value of CCLKCFG_Val to remove need
for it to be odd only.

Optimisation level of release build of project also changed from
-O2 to -Os.
