Affix - Bluetooth Protocol Stack for Linux has been developed at Nokia Research Center in Helsinki

The software provided under the Affix Bluetooth(TM) protocols package
implements a published Bluetooth specification and is copyrighted by Nokia 
and others. All licenses granted are granted under Nokia's applicable
intellectual property rights only. No licenses are granted
- to the Bluetooth Specification(s);
- the Bluetooth trademark(s); 
- intellectual property rights of third parties; or
- any trademark of Nokia or any of its affiliates.

Therefore, You should be aware that modification, adaptation or other
alteration of the Licensed Program, or any part thereof, may require
the acquisition of additional rights, e.g. under an Bluetooth Early Adopter
Agreement or Bluetooth Promoters Agreement or under applicable intellectual
property rights of third parties and may be subject to restrictions targeted
at compliance with applicable Bluetooth specifications.
