A graphics toolkit, Graf_Tool() is developed which can be used 
to process and edit graphics. Labels, lines and arrows can be
added and the program is very flexible and easy to use.  

Suggestion: 
It is advices that MATLAB 5.2 and over are used with this program.

After installation, this function can be used in the following way:

   type graf_tool under MATLAB prompt to open a new graph window

Then one can use plot or other related commands to draw figures on
this grahics window.  The graphics can be editted using the user 
interface under this program.

Also this function can be used in conjuction with CtrlLAB 3.0.
