1999.12.14 End of Peter Hertach collaboration.
          
1999.12.15 Fixed a bug in AD converter: now the constant term in the 
           linear expression is no longer ignored.
           Errors are directed on stderr.
           Compiler outputs the symbol table as comments in the M file.
          
1999.12.16 Fixed a bug in logandlog() which caused logic expressions not 
           be translated.
           Fixed a bug in convertlogic() which caused the compiler to output
           wrong logic relations.

           CYGWIN1.DLL file. Fixed a bug in the matlab simulator with the cast
           operator. Added the S-function hysim that allows simulink
           integration.
