\chapter*{abstract} This manual is meant to give an overview of how
the \hysdel{} compiler is implemented. It is intended to help
people who want to modify or extend the source code.  This
document does not provide full function prototypes, so it is best
read with the source code at hand. This document assumes the
knowledge of the \hysdel{} User Guide. If you only use \hysdel{}
as a tool, you should only read the user guide instead.
