<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">陈笃彬在简要回顾师院组建以来所取得的成绩后指出，教育部将于</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">2003</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">——</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">2007</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年分期分批对全国</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">642</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">所高等学校中的</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">592</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">所进行本科教学工作水平评估，今年</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">11</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">月中旬至</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">12</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">月将对我校进行评估。为切实将迎评各项工作落到实处，陈笃彬要求全校师生要进一步加强对迎评工作的必要性和重要性的认识，进一步统一思想，做好迎评准备工作。陈笃彬结合当前高等教育发展的宏观背景和我校实际，阐述了打好这场攻坚战的重要意义，并就如何做好下阶段评建工作提出八点要求：一要进一步明确办学定位，努力树立以教学为中心的办学指导思想；二要进一步加强内培外引，努力提高师资队伍的整体水平；三要进一步加大工作力度，努力改善办学条件；四要进一步深化教学建设与改革，努力提高教学质量；五要进一步加强规范建设，全面提高教学管理工作水平；六要进一步加强实践教学和创新教育，努力提高教学效果；七要进一步加强“三风”建设，努力营造良好的学习氛围；八要进一步明确思路，努力培育办学特色。为了达到八个“进一步”的目标，陈笃彬强调，要树立和强化四种意识：一是“校兴我荣，校衰我耻”的责任意识；二是“知难而进，爱拼敢赢”的奋斗意识；三是“横向到边，纵向到底”的务实意识；四是“齐心协力，密切配合”的团结意识。</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoBodyTextIndent style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><FONT size=3> 校党委书记洪辉煌在大会上强调四点意见：一统一思想，坚定信心。要把思想统一到对本科教学工作水平评估的意义和作用的认识上来；要把思想统一到对本科教学工作水平评估的原则和标准、内涵要求上来；要把思想统一到校党委提出的铁心拼搏，志在必胜的目标上来。二求真务实，责任到人。要做到摸实情、出实招、办实事、求实效、重实绩。既要表彰先进，也要实行责任追究。三强化督导、营造氛围。要同步跟踪各二级学院、各部门的评建整改工作和教学工作的进展情况。四是评建结合，重在建设。评估是手段，建设是目的。在迎评工作中，既要重视结果，也要重视过程。</FONT></SPAN></P>
