1. PREPARATIONS AND UPLOADING FILES
-----------------------------------

  You should upload the files in the current distribution. You can
  overwrite the files already on your system.

2. RUNNING THE UPGRADE SYSTEM
-----------------------------------

  You should now navigate to http://pathtofiles.com/install/. The
  system will guide you through the upgrade process

3. IMPORTANT UPGRADE NOTES
-----------------------------------

  a)	If you are upgrading from v1.x of DeskPRO, all your settings & templates will be lost.
	After upgrading DeskPRO, please read the INSTALL.txt file for further details on how
	to continue.

  b)	If you wish to upgrade from a RC or BETA release of DeskPRO you must first download the
	v2.0.0 distribution and upgrade to v2.0.0 there. The upgrade system in this version does
	not support Beta or RC upgrades.

  c)	Once you have finished your upgrade you should check in the admin interface for any
	email or web templates that need reverting. If you have changed a template that has
	been changed by the upgrade system your template will not be destoyed but to gain from
	the functionality of the upgrade you will need to either revert or edit your modified
	template.

  d)	Please note that it is possible any changes to your email templates will be lost during
	the upgrade process from v2.0.0 to v2.0.1. This is due to some changes in how the templates
	are stored; in future upgrades, your templates will not be lost. We recommend that if you
	have made changes to your templates, you keep a copy of the 2.0.0 database so you can copy
	and paste and changes you have made.
