      的编辑和作者推举出来，又经过非常严格的选择程序进行处理，然后由JavaWorld<EM>的专家组成的“裁决团”</EM> 
      进行了投票工作来决定最终的优胜者，他们非常小心地权衡了各项产品或技术在其基本的特性和功能上的表现，以及这些技术对发展Java语言或平台所起到的推动作用，所以最终的结果将是令人信服的。
