TPM Library
.SH DESCRIPTION
The TPM library contains a number of functions used to perform cryptographic
operations using the TPM (Trusted Platform Module).  The TPM is a hardware
cryptographic device.  The TPM library contains a number of low-level functions
for creating and managing keys, signing and encrypting data, and using data and
keys in a secure way.
