<h3 class="section">Pragmas Accepted by GCC</h3>
<p>GCC supports several types of pragmas, primarily in order to compile
code originally written for other compilers. Note that in general
we do not recommend the use of pragmas; See <a href="Function-Attributes.html#Function%20Attributes">Function Attributes</a>,
for further explanation.
