<p><b>为职工制定薪资福利<br>

<b>RedHr-Office</b>的职工薪资福利的制定不是在基本信息卡片里，而且采用“时间段”的概念。例如：职工小王2003/1-2003/12全年的的月实发薪金=+基本工资-保险-房租金+补贴，在本系统中的逻辑可表现为：增加基本工资项，其起始范围是如2003年1月-2003年12月，计算方式为按月计算，计算公式为“+”；增加保险项，其起始其起始范围是如2003年1月-2003年12月，计算方式为按月计算，计算公式为“-”；增加房租金项，其起始范围是如2003年1月-2003年12月，计算方式为按月计算，计算公式为“-”。如在其间有其他变动，如基本工资的变动，那么只需要增加新的计算时间段即可，系统会自认时间范围计算，如第一次设定的基本工资的时间是2003/1-2003/12，更新标准后的时间是2003/5-2003/12，那么系统会以更新为实际。届面如图：<br>
