员工基本资料信息是对管理员工制度的有力保障，能够为您对员工的分析做出判断的依据，并能够及时查询出员工的相应资料，如联系方式和紧急联系人等。首先要搜索相应员工的资料并将其录入(或导入)到系统数据中。员工基本资料信息的录入届面如图：<br>

如果有大量员工数据资料需要建立，建议使用系统自带的员工信息导入向导。导入的员工数据不会显示于系统届面的“员工基本信息”栏中，您可以点击“列出未定义数据”显示，对于导入的数据，只有在经过未定义数据处理并确认之后才会列印在“员工基本信息”。图示：<br>
