The observation models has so far been implemented are 
Gaussian, Poisson and Dirichlet

DEMONSTRATIONS:

demgausschmm.m       uses Gaussian observation model on AR features

To extend the CHMM to different observation models add the required
code into cobsinit, obslike and obsupdate.
