<p>Oracle Forms record and play is the most reliable method for loading data,
changes or setup into Oracle Applications through the forms. Not only is it
significantly faster than using Copy &amp; Paste but it is also almost 100%
reliable. Although the load file is produced by DataLoad it is the Oracle Forms
software which actually runs the load. This means that the load proceeds as fast
as the forms software can run, which means the load never gets out of sync,
unlike Copy &amp; Paste loads.
