Story:
    Save forum name to forums.xml
    具体说明：
    在 xforum 开始开发时，为简单起见，将 forum name hardcode into html file : header.jsp ..
    现在准备将 forum name 存放到 xml 文件 中

problem:
  用一层的 forum 还是两层的 forum: 用一层
  如何处理“技术论坛”，是否可以去掉，回答不行。：）
  Forum 信息一直存放在内存中(singleton)，还是每次调用时读取？ 存放在内存中
  DaoFactory 只有一个： MysqlDAOFactory()，但是 ForumDAO 的实现在 XML，如何处理
