LIB2DXD was made by jihengzhang(Beijing Institute of Technology),an technical & 
electornical engineer . It can be used to convert Protel 99 or Protel Dxp schematic
library to DXDesigner schematic library through an inter_file *.lia.
  The software of this Version can finished the basic function,but it can read the 
sorce file larger than 100M.

1.实现对AttachedPattern、parts的控制
  控制生成symbol的条件
2.对Supply的处理：对于引脚的partNum=0或-1的Power引脚情况，只能在partfile文件里引入
  Supply。对于其他Power则不必强制性的引入Supply。

V1.3  去掉了部分不用的变量定义

V1.4  去掉了没有用的注释部分 修改的pinType，pkgType LEVEL=STD
      可以对lia文件的重名、重pinDes进行判断。
V1.5  对supply power signal 进行进一步区分

V1.7  可以转换ASCII *.lib文件，贝塞耳曲线还不能转换。
