Emploing the directions : 
     rebuild vclskin within ide and  install, you can see three unit, TSkinData, TSkinStore , TSkinCaption at VCLSKIN Components
     
     Please places a TSkincaption to a form which has contained a TSkindata component, set TSkincaption active property to true,
VclSkin has become retail's version already when the patch opens,the patch support developments have dymatic open when application running. 
     
     note: this patch have worked fine with TNT Unicode Controls components.
