Philips LPC2200 Using External Program Memory

The BLINKY project is a simple example program for the LPC22xx.

It does nothing more than blink an LED D3 on P0.8.

The Blinky program is available in different targets:
  Flash Mode:   runs in software Simulator from on-chip Flash
  ExtMem Mode:  runs in software Simulator from off-chip ROM
