Microsoft ACM G723.1 may be in violation of 
Microsoft permitted usage.

To use:

Copy the ACM Library and Header files myacmlib.h and myacmlib.lib from the MyPhone project.
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/myphone/myacm/myacm/

place the files into the same directory as the project file.

Compile the project.
