Notes on building the install...

I use GkSetup V1.90 to build the VaporCd install. You should be able to download it from 
http://www.gkware.com

The vaporcd.sop file contains the information for building with GkSetup. There are many hard coded paths, so you may want to edit the file before you try to load it in GkSetup.
