WIN32 serproxy installation instructions
----------------------------------------

From sources:

1. Unpack the sources.
2. Compile the 'win32/serproxy.dsw' workspace with VC6.
3. Edit serproxy.cfg to configure the proxy.
4. Make sure serproxy.cfg is in the same folder as serproxy.exe
   before running.


From pre-compiled binaries:

1. Unzip files to a folder.
2. Edit serproxy.cfg to configure the proxy.
