This software comes under the GNU-GPL. The terms of
the GPL can be obtained from the attached "COPYING"
file or from a lot of places all over the internet,
e.g. http://www.gnu.org . This file must not be
removed from the distribution nor is it allowed to
change it or the attached file "COPYING", that
contains the unmodified GNU general public license
version 2. The utilities library, that can be built
following the instructions in INSTALL.utilslib has
the LGPL as LICENSE. This one is not attached, but
see the above URL to get it.
