DES( Data Encryption Standard)算法

This code by Richard Outerbridge implements DES with optional
double and triple encryption.  I think it's pretty fast, and
it doesn't take up much memory at runtime.
Richard leaves a copyright notice on the code but encourages
free use of the code.
