File recipe_std39.sof is standard 39 features (the standard 13 mel
fourier transform derived cepstral coefficients and log energy plus
their deltas and double delta) extraction parameter file without any
normalization.

Files (recipe.sof and recipe1.sof and recipe2.sof) are parameter files
for the standard 13 mel fourier transform derived cepstral
coefficients and log energy plus their deltas and double deltas. It
also includes energy normalization and cepstral mean subtraction.

The recipe to get the maximum energy, mean of the cepstral features.
(recipe1.sof)
The recipe for energy normalization and cepstral mean subtraction.
(recipe2.sof)
The master recipe that has filenames with absolute path of the two
recipes mentioned above. (recipe.sof)
