<LI><B>nx, xmn,</B> and <B>xsiz:</B> the number of nodes in the <I>x</I>
direction, the origin, and the grid node separation.
<LI><B>ny, ymn,</B> and <B>ysiz:</B> the number of nodes in the <I>y</I>
direction, the origin, and the grid node separation.
