<STRONG>Description:</STRONG>
<UL>
<LI>The <TT>draw</TT> program, documented below, reads as input a
<I>K</I>variate probability density function, computes the corresponding
<I>K</I>variate cdf and draws a user specified number <I>L</I> samples from
that distribution. The input probability density function could be the equal
weighted data distribution, the declustered distribution, a smoothed version
of the data distribution (e.g., the output of <TT>histsmth</TT> or
<TT>scatsmth</TT>) or any user-specified distribution. </LI></UL>

<STRONG>Parameters:</STRONG>
<UL>
<LI><B>datafl:</B> a data file in simplified Geo-EAS format containing the
<I>K</I>variate distribution.
<LI><B>nvar:</B> the number of variables (<I>K</I> making up the
distribution being drawn from.
<LI><B>icolvr(1,..,nvar):</B> the column numbers for the <B>nvar</B>
variables of interest
<LI><B>icolwt:</B> the column number for the probability values (if
<B>icolwt</B>0 then the samples will be equal weighted).
<LI><B>tmin</B> and <B>tmax:</B> all values strictly less than <B>tmin</B>
and strictly greater than <B>tmax</B> are ignored.
<LI><B>seed</B> and <B>num:</B> the random number seed (a large odd integer)
and the number L=<B>num</B> of simulated values to draw.
<LI><B>outfl:</B> the output file containing the simulated values
