<LI>Calculate normal scores values for data from any arbitrary histogram
</LI></UL>

<STRONG>Parameters:</STRONG>
<UL>
<LI><B>datafl:</B> a data file in simplified Geo-EAS format containing the
variable to be transformed and optionally a declustering weight.
<LI><B>icolvr</B> and <B>icolwt:</B> the column numbers for the variable and
the weight. If <B>icolwt</B> less than or equal to 0, equal weighting is
considered.
<LI><B>tmin</B> and <B>tmax:</B> all values strictly less than <B>tmin</B>
and strictly greater than <B>tmax</B> are ignored.
<LI><B>ismooth:</B> =1 then consider a smoothed distribution, =0 then only
consider the data in <B>datafl</B>
<LI><B>smoothfl:</B> the smoothed distribution file
<LI><B>icolvr</B> and <B>icolwt:</B> the column numbers for the variable and
the weight in <B>smoothfl</B>
<LI><B>outfl:</B> the output file containing the normal scores.
<LI><B>transfl:</B> the output file containing the transformation look-up
table, i.e., pairs of <I>z</I> and <I>y</I> values with <I>z</I> being the
original data values or class bound values and <I>y</I> being the
