<UL>
<LI><B>datafl:</B> the input data file.
<LI><B>icolx</B> and <B>icoly:</B> The columns for the <I>x</I> coordinate
and <I>y</I> coordinate.
<LI><B>outfl:</B> file for output with rotated (or back transformed)
coordinates.
<LI><B>xorigin</B> and <B>yorigin:</B> the origin of the rotated system in
the original coordinate system.
<LI><B>angle:</B> the rotation angle (in degrees clockwise).
<LI><B>switch:</B> if <B>switch</B>=0 then rotate to the new coordinate
system (the default case). If <B>switch</B>=1, however, then the input
<I>x</I> and <I>y</I> coordinates are considered to be already rotated and
they are back transformed to the original system. </LI></UL></DT></DL><IMG
