sqp程序包。用sqp算法实现非线性约束的优化求解

this directory contains a collection of testexamples for 
donlp2_ansi_c together with the results obtained on a 
HP9000/735 by p.spellucci.
these are the *.pro~orig and *.mes~orig files.
