There is no obvious way to find the amount of memory per process
that is currently resident.  The percent cpu usage is not
maintained by the operating system, so we fake one.
The last pid number is not plucked from the operating system
either.  The number given is based on the information collected
in the process snapshots.

Although AUX does not generally have a renice system call,
there is a compile-time option that may have been enabled
when the program was installed.
