Free C++ toolkit to facilitate Monte-Carlo simulation. This is a library covered under the LGPL. "MC

The files 'stattestx.cpp' where 'x' is the particular test number
detail the testing of the class mcsLibreCollectStats.  Here the
results are compared to those produced by Octave.

The tests conducted on February 5, 2002 were a success.  If any
changes are made to mcsLibreCollectStats.h, the tests will be
conducted again.
