Extracting CUG volume 383:

Copy merge.exe, pkunzip.exe, vglsplit.000 from disk#1 into a DOS
subdirectory.

Also copy vglsplit.001 and vgl2.zip from disk#2 into the same DOS
subdirectory.

Merge vglsplit.000 and vglsplit.001 into a single .zip file by typing:

	Merge vglsplit vgl1.zip

This command will combine files vglsplit.000 and vglsplit.001 into
zipfile vgl1.zip

Unzip the contents of vgl1.zip and vgl2.zip by typing:

	pkunzip vgl1.zip

and

	pkunzip vgl2.zip

(Note: vgl2.zip contains a file named readme.txt, not to be confused with
readme.1st, which you are currently reading.  Consult readme.txt for
more information about VGL.)
