Burn Flash via Fluted

1. Ensure the FLASH type. Current we can support (39FV160, 29LV160T)
   For 39FV160, please copy S39.fcd to default.fcd;
   For 29LV160T, please copy S29.fcd to default.fcd;

2. Use f.bat to burn and verify flash.

3. v.bat can be used to verify the Flash.
