Since I was tired to bend under my desk to see if I still was connected
to my internet server, I started to write this utility.

Windows uses the OpenComm function to use COM ports. Once a port is
opened, no other application can reopen it... This is why I chose to
look at the port itself by getting the port base address from the Bios
Data Area. Does someone know a better method (windows hides the mouse
port entry!)???

This program is supplied as is. I tried to do my best. Suggestions
enhancements, positive critics are most welcome.
