ucosii在sharp7a400上的移植

The following files are ported to work with the uCos-II kernel and the
LH7A400 SOC:
    os_cfg.h
    os_cpu.h
    os_cpu.c
    os_cpu_a.s    (ARM ADS toolset)
    os_cpu_a.as   (GHS toolset)
    os_cpu_a.asm  (GNU toolset)
    os_cpu_a.s79  (IAR toolset)

The main interrupt handler located in the os_cpu_a.s/as/asm file also
handles SOC interrupts that are not tick related. The vectors for these
interrupts are supplied by the lh7a400_int_driver.c file and the driver
requires that file to work.

Demos showing how to initialize the kernel and run tasks are included
in the BSP area in the examples, demos, and startup areas.

This has been tested with v2.70 of the uCos-II kernel source code.
