<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 从这一课开始，我们要学习表的建立了。</span></p>
<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 其实表就是数据库中用来存放数据的场所。就像有很多人在操场上站队，这个队伍非常整齐，有一定数目的行和列，队列中的每个人，都在一定的行列位置上。当我们想叫某个人的时候，不用知道他的名字，只需要喊“第几行第几列的，出列”，这个人就会站出队伍。现在将这个队伍中的人换成数据，就构成了数据库中的“表”。</span></p>
<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 这些“表”都有一些共同的特性，一是表中可以存储数据，二是这些数据在表中都有很规则的行列位置。Access中的“表”和平常见的很多纸上的表格很像。</span></p>
<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 其实各种数据在计算机中是按照串的方式存放的。只是现在Access将这些数据读取出来以后，按照通常所接触的纸上表格那种行列方式将它们显示在屏幕上。这比较适合我们的生活习惯，对数据进行操作也比较容易，所以把它称为“表”，它可是数据库中最基本、最重要的一个部分。所以要想建立一个数据库，必须先要掌握建立表的方法。</span></p>
<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 建立一个表是很容易的。而且在Access中更是提供了几种方法来建立一个表。这些方法都很简单，也很实用。其中最简单的方法就是使用“表向导”来建立表了。</span></p>
<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 在Access中不光有表向导，还有查询向导、窗体向导、报表向导和页向导等。这些向导能在不同的工作中帮我们忙。现在我们就先用向导建立一个表。</span></p>
